Still climbing.
After the accident and the years that followed, I made a decision: rebuild mentally and physically, and learn from people who were already where I wanted to be. I joined Lewis Howes' Greatness Coaching program as a founding member, put myself in rooms with people operating at the top of their fields, and did the inner work alongside the outer, the training, the cold, the reps, the recovery. The PATT Method™ is what came out of it.
Learning from people who'd been where I wanted to go.
You don't reach a new level on your own. I invested in mentorship and put in the time with private, small-group trainings and events with people at the top of their fields.
The work nobody sees.
Rebuilding wasn't just business. It was breathwork and cold plunges, the gym when I didn't feel like it, showing up for my own health the way I ask clients to show up for their businesses. That work showed up on the scoreboard: back-to-back fitness challenge victories, including one during the hardest stretch of my life.
What the climb built
The same discipline I brought to building a business. I applied what I learned to The Simplest Life and the PATT Method™, a framework I believed in enough to build my name around and trademark. The climb didn't just change me; it became the map I now hand to clients.
Along the way, I've had experiences and met people most only dream of, and it's opened doors to opportunities I never thought possible.
